Jacobi/AquaSorb HS is an acid-washed, high-purity, high-activity granular activated carbon manufactured by steam activation from a sustainable raw material source.
It is produced for use in ultra-pure water treatment systems requiring low conductivity and exceptionally high purity. This activated carbon is also suitable for removing heavy hydrocarbons from recovered condensate. The acid washing process removes soluble silica from the activated carbon matrix to prevent leaching into the condensate.
Note - We only stock this product in 1 cu/ft - Factory Sealed Bags. For all 0.50 & 0.75 cu/ft bags, we simply open a 1 cu/ft Bag and divide it by weight, then ship it out in plain, Non-Factory Sealed Bags.
